All standard goods may be returned for refund or credit within 6 months of purchase from Site Safe Solutions Ltd. Returned goods must be in original packaging and be in an un-used and re-sellable condition. Custom goods (goods which have been specifically manufactured for the client) cannot be returned.
All of our standard products are normally dispatched within 2-3 days (assuming they are in stock) Custom design products normally take around 10-15 working days from receipt of artwork approval and order. Delivery is Free on orders over £150 after discount (£6.50 on orders under £150). Next day delivery is available at extra cost if ordered before 14.30.
We accept payment by Visa or Mastercard. Payments can be made securely through our 'shopping basket'. We use 'Stripe Payments' global software system to manage our transactions securely and to guarantee peace of mind for our customers. We also accept most major credit cards over the telephone supported by Barclaycard MMS Services.
