Indoor /outdoor quality British Standard BS1710:2014 pipe markers for pipes containing steam. These markers are manufactured to offer approximately 5 years outdoor life expectancy (8-10 years indoor) under normal atmospheric conditions. Various lengths and widths available

Our British Standard Individual pipe markers meet all requirements under BS1710:2014 and utilise colour codes in accordance with BS4800.  Manufactured from B7541P white poyester material with a overlaminated clear top coat, these self adhesive peel off markers are ideal when you only have a few pipes to identify.  This material gives excellent adhesion to low surface energy surfaces, such as polypropylene and ABS and most powder coated surfaces. Operating service temperature range is from -40 degrees C to 120 degrees C.  Minimum application temperature is 2 degrees C.

Individual markers are manufactured from Brady B-7541-P surface printed polyester material overlaminated with a clear ployester top coat for addition surface protection.  These markers are available in 3 sizes, small, 190mm x 30mm (for pipes less than 50mm in diameter), medium, 330mm x 40mm (for pipes between 50mm and 100mm in diameter) and large, 530mm x 60mm (for pipes greater than 100mm in diameter) 

Simply peel the markers off the backing liner and place on a dry, clean, oil free pipe.

BS1710:2014 (BS4800) APPROVED PIPE MARKERS

The use of BS1710:2014 pipe markers will ensure compliance and increase plant safety. These pipe markers are a combination of 2 or 3 colours, indicating:

  • Basic identification Colour (substance group flowing through the pipe)
  • Code Indication Colour (substance indicator)
  • Safety Colour (indicating Safety group)

All standard goods may be returned for refund or credit  within 6 months of purchase from Site Safe Solutions Ltd.  Returned goods must be in original packaging and be in an un-used and re-sellable condition.  Custom goods (goods which have been specifically manufactured for the client) cannot be returned.  

All of our standard products are normally dispatched within 2-3 days (assuming they are in stock)  Custom design products normally take around 10-15 working days from receipt of artwork approval and order.  Delivery is Free on orders over £150 after discount (£6.50 on orders under £150).  Next day delivery is available at extra cost if ordered before 14.30.
