  How do I place an order?

Orders can be placed directly on the website using our 'Buy now' buttons. You will require a valid credit card. Alternatively you can call us on 01292 223810 or 07899 715557 and we can take the order over the phone using a valid credit card.

  Which credit cards do you accept?

Order by credit card is the easiest way to purchase from the site. We offer a secure process and accept Visa, Mastercard, Delta and Maestro.

  What are the standard delivery times?

Standard delivery times are 2-3 working days from receipt of order assuming good are in stock when order is placed. Pipe Markers are normally around 5 days although custom designed pipe markers are normally around 2 weeks once artwork proofing is taken into consideration. Custom artwork on Process Tagging is normally 2-3 weeks (we always aim for less than 2 weeks) from receipt of official purchase order

  Do you charge carriage?

We charge carriage of £6.50 on orders under £150 to UK mainland Orders above a value of £150 (after discount) will be carriage free. We can offer guaranteed next day delivery for £20 per parcel provided the order is placed before 1.00 pm and the goods are in stock. As a guideline a parcel/box would be maximum 25 kg in weight.

  Do you offer discounts?

Whilst we try and be competitive we do offer some volume discounts; On Visual Tagging products we offer 10% discount when ordering 50 boxes or more 15% discount when ordering 100 boxes. For larger value inquiries please contact us for supported pricing.

  Do you offer a 'customisation service?

Visual Tagging, Pipe Markers and Shadow Boards can be custom designed to suit your specific need (see our section on 'Customisation' on our site. There is a minimum order quantity of 100 inserts and holders with Visual Tagging products. Custom Pipe Markers are Shadow Boards can be supplied individually (these can be purchased separately) We will work with you to agree a design then quote accordingly. There is no up front charge for this service. Custom good will only be produced once the design is agreed, signed off and order placed. Customised good cannot be returned.

  Can I return goods?

We will accept returned goods meeting the following criteria; Goods must be 'standard' goods shown on our website (not custom). Custom goods or goods designed specifically for a client cannot be returned for refund. This will be re-affirmed prior to goods being manufactured. Goods must be in original packaging with no damage to product or packaging that can be re-sold Goods must have been purchased from Site Safe Solutions Ltd within last 6 months.
